Printing custom-fit flexible insoles using “UglyFlex” TPU!

This TPU is a little stiff but it is also extra durable.

We’ve experimented with various infill types and density using Cura and MeshMixer.

eSun eLastic is a more promising material for insole (TPE) but this would makes amazing slippers.

We must try combining both TPU for bottom and TPE for top part!
